this is my first attempt at using a blogskin. major headache now.

spent the time at work meddling with the blogskin code. i guess it looks pretty decent. trying to understand and meddle with the code was the most horrible experience. i used to be mentally flexible in absorbing and learning new technology, ie: games, software, certain programs etc, but i've never been able to fully comprehend html and javascripts. even in IT class in school when we had to create a webpage as a group, i did the layout on paper and my friend created it. my brain has become lazy. i don't even know how to navigate through the latest models of handphones. i feel like such a dud.

maybe it's the lack of interest, so i don't bother to go figure out things. i guess those curiosity sensors in my brain are lazy and rusty.

well, ok, must give myself some credit. at least now i know a few basic commands or how to manipulate the codes. good enough. for now.

on a side note: fathers' day and bro's birthday lunch later. heh.

wow. a colleague struck 1st prize in 4D. treat the company to KFC. a whooping $270 bill. there was sooo much chicken! chicken pieces, popcorn chicken, whipped potato, coleslaw. only complaint: original chicken, not crispy. dammit

but i pigged out anyway. 3pieces of chicken, 1 medium whipped potato, half a regular box of popcorn chicken. i ate like there was no tomorrow la. but.....

newsflash: tomorrow's lunch is Boss' treat - Pizza hut!

omg. more free food! who says there's no free lunch?! i have TWO this week! wahaha..

had pizzas for lunch. it was cold but still yummy. just that there was only 2 hawaiian large pizzas and 1 regular supreme chicken pizza. not much choice, but it's free. Stuffed myself with pizzas, and was reminded of how much i actually dislike pizza hut. the crust is just too thick for my liking. i prefer the thin crispy crust with fresh ingredients. only a few places do it well. some thin crusts end up soggy and sloppy instead of crispy. total horror.

had so much to eat that i could have gone without dinner for the past two days if not for the bf. accompanied him and had dinner anyway. sigh... i seriously need to start exercising. it's getting more disturbing to be able to pinch a growing amount of fats around the waist.

mental note to self: start running/swimming pronto!

i've been slacking off coz i keep telling myself: ok..i wanna learn to wakeboard. it works most muscle groups, mainly toning the thighs and buttocks. full body workout while enjoying the activity. wow. but... i can't find people to share the rental cost of the boat and instructor.
i know i know...excuses. hah!
